Important Instructions to all P.G. students for online Application

A. Pre-Registration Requirement

The Following documents must be made ready before starting the Application process.

Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph in JPG Format with maximum dimension of 150px in width & 180px in height not exceeding 200KB in size.

Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format 50KB in size.

 

B. Registration Process:

Step1: For Registration, the candidate should have a valid & active Mobile Number and also have a valid & active e-mail ID.

Step2: For registration please click (New User Registration) and provide the relevant data in appropriate fields.

This will take you to the Registration page

Select Course Applied for from the dropdown list.

Select Department from the Department dropdown list.

Select Subject From the Subject dropdown list.

In the Name field write your Full Name as per your HSC (10th) certificate.

Enter a valid & active Mobile Number and email ID, which will be the registered for the entire registration process.

In the D.O.B field, enter your Date of Birth as per your HSC (10th) certificate by selecting through the Calendar.

Now click on the Register button to get yourself registered. You will receive an OTP in your Mobile Phone and email ID.

Provide the OTP to validate your registration and proceed for the Payment.

C.Payment Procedure:

Payment of Application fee can be done through MAKE PAYMENT link . Payment can be done online through Net Banking/ Debit Card using SBI E-Pay

After making a successful payment you will receive Login ID & password on your Mobile Phone and email ID immediately.In case you have not received the same, e-mail may be sent indicating your Application ID and Date of payment of application fee to

helpdeskrdwu@gmail.com

After getting Login ID and password please visit to candidate-login to fill up the prescribed application form.

After filling the form in three steps, Submit the application form online.

If Your Result is awaited the PRINTOUT Can't be taken.

Edit option will be available for entry of +3 final degree marks only to those candidates who have registered on or before 20.08.2018.They can update +3 final degree marks till 25.08.18.

After that the candidate can take PRINTOUT and submit the Hard Copy of the application with required documents on or before 25.08.18. by 4:00 pm.

Send the filled in print out of the application form with your signature along with all the relevant documents.

However, Each Applicant(who have Paid the application fees successfully) can download the admit card for entrance test after login.

SUBMISSION OF HARD COPY:

Mere submission of form online does not complete the application process. The candidate have to submit the Print out of filled in online application form along with relevant documents and a copy of e- receipt at the University Counter before the last date.
The applicants are required to send the hard copy of application form ( print out) along with all the required documents by Registered post/speed post in an A4 size envelope addressed to The
"Chairperson, PG Council," Rama Devi Women's University, Bhoi Nagar,Bhubaneswar,751022, Odisha
so as to reach the University office on or before 27.08.2018. by 4 PM. The University will not be held responsible for any postal delay.
The applicants are required to write "Application for admission to theP.G Course in _________ (subject) on the top of the A4 size envelope. Self-Attested photo copies of following documents are to be enclosed with the Hard copy of application form at the time of submission.
a. Certificates and mark sheets of 10th,+2 and +3 Degree examinations /equivalent Examinations.
b. ST/SC Caste Certificate, issued by Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Tahasildar/ Additional Tahasildar. SC Certificate should be in the name of Applicant. In case of ST Candidates the Certificate may be in the name of Candidate or her Father.
c. PH/OH Certificate issued by the CDMO/SDMO/CMO of Capital Hospital,Bhubaneswar. 5.Migration Certificate, if the candidate has passed from other University
d. Ex-serviceman certificate (issued by Zilla Sainik Board) 7.Certificate of employment details.
e. Children of Martyr (CoM) Certificate issued by District Collector 9.Application Fee e-receipt.
f. Serving Defence Personnel (Army / Navy / Air Force) Certificate issued by theCommanding Officer of the Unit.
g. Sports Certificate, approved by the Indian Association of Universities andcountersigned by the Director of Sports and Youth Services.
h. Migration Certificate, if the candidate has passed from other University.
i. One recent passport size colour photograph, to be fixed in the application form
j. E-receipt of Application Fee.

After making a successful payment you will receive Login ID & password on your Mobile Phone and email ID immediately. In case you have not received the same, e-mail may be sent indicating your Application Id and Date of payment of application Fee to helpdeskrdwu@gmail.com .

After getting the Login ID and Password visit to candidate-login to fill the prescribed form on line.

Fill in the form on personal details, education &correspondence details, reservation details if applicable, etc as required in the page.

Click save button Upload all scanned documents ( Photograph & Signature). Click save.

See the preview of the application form and edit if you want to change any field .

Submit the form on line.

Take a print out of the Admit Card required for appearing the entrance test.

Take a print out of the Application form for submission at the University counter along with other relevant documents before the last date.

If Your Result is awaited the PRINTOUT can not be taken. For Result Awaiting candidates EDIT option will be enabled only after the publication of the final result of Rama Devi Women's University. After that the candidates can take PRINTOUT and submit the Hard Copy of the Application with required documents on or before 27-08-2018.
